The Thistle Weir Youth Academy is looking for scouts to join the team.
The Thistle Weir Youth Academy is the youth academy for the future of Partick Thistle Football Club. The academy currently runs squads with the Club Academy Scotland football programme from under 11s to under 17s.
They have exciting opportunities for scouts to join the current band of recruitment professionals at the academy. The successful applicatants will join the current team of scouts to provide cover at matches throught the West of Scotland on a flexible basis.
Covering both matches played during midweek evenings and at the weekend, scouts will be working at a range of matches from grassroots level at 2010 age group to the SPFL Development League, Lowland League and Junior Leagues.
A working knowledge of football in Scotland is essential for applicants. Training will be provided in relation to the academy scouting database and online hub for recording and analysis of relevant information. A driving licence and own vehicle, though not essential, would also be desirable.
Payments will be made on an incentivised basis, in line with current national standards.
