Everyone at Partick Thistle Football Club was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Tony Hardcastle.
A lifelong season ticket holder at Firhill, Tony was also a member of the City Centre supporters’ bus following Thistle across Scotland on a regular basis.
A post-match regular in the Woodside Inn, Tony would chew the fat with fellow Jags fans over the game he had just witnessed at Firhill and will be missed by the many Thistle supporters who knew him.
Following Thistle runs in the Hardcastle family with Tony passing his love for the Jags onto son Trevor and grandson Rory.
The thoughts of everyone at Thistle are with Tony’s family and friends at this difficult time.
