Tuesday night’s programme

Tomorrow night sees Thistle host Rangers for the second time in a few days, this time in the Betfred Cup quarter final. After a man of the match performance on Friday night, the match programme caught up with the ineligible Miles Storey and he spoke about his career to date, starting with where it all began – Wolverhampton Wanderers.

“I was a Wolves fan growing up so to sign for Wolves and be there for six years or so was amazing really for me and my family. It didn’t quite work out because I was quite small at the time. After I left I had a bit of a growth spurt and signed for Coventry up until they were giving out scholarships. Unfortunately, I didn’t get one at Coventry but I managed to get one at Swindon Town and I enjoyed my time at Swindon. I had a good couple of years in the youth team scoring goals and getting regular games and I managed to nick a couple of substitute appearances and just went on from there. I went on a couple of loans and here I am now.”

Read the full and exclusive interview with Miles Storey ONLY in tomorrow’s official matchday programme which will be available for purchase from our programme sellers around the ground.
