Paddy Reading took time out from pre-season training to talk through his move to the club from Ayr United, what attracted him to Partick Thistle, his career journey, what the Jags fans can expect from him, starting training, new team-mates and looking forward to games.

The club would like to advise that for Season 2025/26 initial interviews such as this one with Paddy Reading, and other initial interviews that will be available shortly with goalkeeper Lewis Budinauckas and assistant head coach Alex Rae will be on a ‘free to air’ basis.
Interviews after these initial ones, such as the one that was conducted with Head Coach Mark Wilson today, will typically only be available on Jagzone.
Pre- and post-match content for Jagzone, as well as match highlights, will return next week for the Glenafton friendly and we are delighted to advise that since his appointment Mark has been more than amenable to the implementation of new ideas to make the Jagzone experience even better throughout the season.
