We’re now just a couple of days away from the start of a very special weekend for Partick Thistle Football Club as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our historic 1971 League Cup triumph over Celtic at Hampden Park.
We’ll be back at the national stadium on Sunday afternoon as part of these celebrations for our “Lunch With The Legends” proudly sponsored by Cane and Grain International.
The event is completely sold out, however, the donation of two tickets by a generous fan this morning means there’s still a chance to come along and enjoy a fantastic day which will include a four-course meal and entertainment throughout the afternoon.
All you have to do to be in with a shot of winning the free tickets is respond to the related post on the club’s Twitter or Facebook page, telling us the person you’d like to take along with you.
All entrants should also make sure they would be able to attend Sunday’s event – doors open at 12:15 for refreshments ahead of lunch at 1pm.
The competition closes at 5pm today and the winner will be determined by a random draw.
