Cara Henderson joined Partick Thistle Women’s FC on 6th July 2022.
She arrived at Petershill Park off the back of a promotion-winning campaign with Glasgow Women and Girls after which she won their Coaches’ and Players’ Player of the Year awards.
She also received league-wide recognition, winning the SWPL 2 Player of the Month award for October 2021 and being nominated for the SWPL 2 Player of the Year prize.
Formerly a youth player with Celtic Women, Henderson was the captain of their Academy side before going on to play for the senior team for the first time in late 2019.
