Christie joined Thistle in the summer of 2011, scoring on his debut against Hamilton Academical. He has continued to improve with each season at Firhill making the transition from striker to a versatile player in Alan Archibald’s squad. Christie has featured in most positions on the park for the Jags with the manager utilising his strengths to help the team through numerous injury and suspension crises. A pre-season injury denied Christie of any game time in the first half of the 2015/16 season before he was able to turn in his dependable performances for the club as the season drew to a close.
