Demi joined Partick Thistle in 2020 having been a prominent feature at Stirling University. Quickly becoming an ever present at the heart of the thistle defence, she took over the captains armband from Collette Fleming ahead of the 22/23 season, where she has stood for everything that this club represents ever since.
Her consistency on the pitch has seen her recognised with frequent team of the week appearances, further back up having been hailed as the PTW player of the season for 22/23.
She continued to go from strength to strength as she made history the following season in being the first PTW captain in the clubs history to lead the team to a league cup final at Tynecastle against Rangers.
Still a key figure in her 6th season at Petershill and 4th as captain, Falconer has proven to be the perfect leading presence in any Jags team as she led them to another top 6 finish.
