
Lewis Budinauckas initally joined Partick Thistle from Rangers on a loan deal until the season on Thursday, 20th February 2025.
Son of ex-Jags ‘keeper Kevin Budinauckas, Lewis is a former Scotland Under 21s international who spent the 2023/24 season on loan with Stranraer, playing 33 times and keeping nine clean sheets.
He also spent time with Greenock Morton on an emergency loan basis and played four times for the Ton before heading back to Ibrox.
During his temporary switch to Maryhill, Budinauckas kept four clean sheets in eight games and that form convinced the Jags to make a move for him in the summer after his contract at Rangers expired.
He penned a one-year deal with the option of a further year on 19th June 2025 which also happened to be his 23rd birthday.
