Having started his career at the Leeds United Academy, Martin has Premier League experience with Sunderland and finished last season as a Ross County player.
Woods joined Partick Thistle on the 27th of October 2017 on a deal lasting until the end of the 2017/18 season.
Martin made his debut in Jags colours as a substitute during the Jags’ 1-0 win over St. Johnstone the day after he signed with the club. He came on for Blair Spittal in the 83rd minute.
Since his debut, Martin has been trying to make a return to full fitness and as such has been in and out of the team. When he has played though, he’s been impressive and the Jags have looked vastly stronger with Woods in the middle of the park.
