Signed just after the summer transfer window closed in 2015, Mustapha quickly captured the hearts of the Jags fans with a number of energetic, high quality displays. He scored a crucial goal against Dundee United in October 2015, his first in professional football, and was a valuable player for Alan Archibald during a campaign. An ankle injury kept him sidelined for a couple of months in early 2016, but he was soon back in the side with his influence helping Thistle over the line to Premiership survival. Mustapha is another to have penned a two year extension during the 2015/16 season but will miss the first half of the new campaign through an Achilles injury suffered just prior to pre-season.
