Juan Diego Alegria Arango signed for Partick Thistle on loan until for the rest of the 2021/22 season from Rangers on 28th February 2022.
The 19-year-old striker hails from Ibaque, Colombia and signed for the Gers from Finnish side Honka last summer.
Juan featured for the Rangers B team in the Lowland League during the first part of the season as well as the SPFL Trust Trophy. Alegria’s standout game of the campaign with the young Gers came in the latter of those two competitions against Alloa when he bagged a hat-trick at the Indodrill Stadium to secure a 3-2 victory for his side.
