Liam Smith signed for Partick Thistle on a season-long loan from Swansea City on Friday, 23rd August 2024.
The 20-year-old attacker was returning to his homeland having been a product of Kilmarnock’s youth academy before signing for Manchester City in 2020.
Capped by Scotland at multiple age levels, Liam featured in the Under 18 Premier League and the Premier League 2 winning the former twice and the latter once during his time in Manchester.
He made the switch to South Wales in January 2023, joining on a two-and-a-half year deal.
