Rachel Wright signed for PTW in June 2023 and was Brian Graham’s first signing ahead of the 2023/24 campaign. Wright was quickly snatched up by the Jags having beat off competition interested in the 18 year old.
Being able to occupy a number of roles across the midfield and the attack, Wright has shown her quality when called upon by Brian Graham. In a bid to get some more first team football, Wright spent 3 months on loan at Hamilton Accies where she got a taste of first team football for the Lanarkshire outfit.
Having returned to the Jags in January, Wright made her return in red and yellow against Motherwell in the Women’s Scottish Cup, coming off the bench and showing her ability in the final moments.
