Rosie Slater made her Thistle debut as a loanee from Rangers in the SWPL Cup group stages against Celtic and rarely dropped out of the team thereafter, cementing herself as a first team player during the 21/22 season.
Ahead of the 2022/23 term Rosie turned her loan spell into a permanent switch as she sought to build on her impressive debut season at Petershill Park. Only 19 years old, Slater has filled in a number of roles for Brian Graham’s side within the back line whether that be on either full back role or as a centre half.
She reaffirmed her commitment to the Jags for the 23/24 campaign, again occupying a number of roles. Scoring her first goal in red and yellow in November’s match against Aberdeen, Rosie’s determination and commitment to the side is second to none.
