I haven’t received a streaming code, what do I do?
All streaming codes will be sent to the registered email address on our ticketing platform. Please check your junk/spam folder for your email and check your ticketing account for the email address on file. If your ticketing account is linked in a family support bubble, it is possible that the lead contact in this bubble will have received all streaming codes.
