What happens when on matchday

There’s always a lot happening at the Wyre Stadium at Firhill on a match day. Timings are approximate as follows, but are subject to change so please check the website and/or programme for any updates.

10am:


Tickets go on sale for home fans in the main office (Executive Office entrance on Firhill Road). This closes at 1.00pm when sales move to the portable ticket office at the Jackie Husband Stand

12noon:


Aitken Suite opens for hot bar food and refreshments.

Guests arrive for corporate hospitality in the Alan Rough Suite, Jackie Husband Stand

1.30pm:


Tickets for home fans are on sale from the portable ticket office outside the Jackie Husband Stand

2pm:


Turnstiles open

Food kiosks open

PTFC shop opens in the Colin Weir Stand, accessible from Firhill Road

Kingsley, Thistle’s world famous mascot, entertains the crowd

2.30pm:


Teams warm up on the pitch for 20 minutes

Police Scotland may close Firhill Road to through traffic until kick off depending on crowd size.

2.55pm:


Teams are led out by Thistle’s mascots, big and small

3pm:


Kick-off. Aitken Suite closes, as do the PTFC shops

3.45pm:


Half-time draw by Thistle Legend

4pm:


Game restarts

4.45pm:


Full time. Aitken Suite reopens

Police Scotland may close Firhill Road to through traffic for a short time depending on crowd size.

5pm:


Playerzone opens in the Aitken Suite for Junior Jags (subject to player availability)

6pm:


Alan Rough Lounge hospitality closes

6.30pm:


Aitken Suite closes
