Thistle’s star keeper Kenny Campbell was missing as the two sides fought out another exciting game despite the lack of goals.
Motherwell edged much of the match but in the last 20 minutes, Thistle pushed hard for a winner.
If Thistle are successful in the reply on Tuesday, we’ll play Hearts in the semi-final at Ibrox Park after they won 1-0 at Hamilton Academical.
