Tomorrow’s match programme against Greenock Morton

League football returns to Maryhill for the first time in three weeks tomorrow as Greenock Morton come to Glasgow for the second time of the 2018/19 season. The Ton sit joint top of the Championship table after three games but a win for the Jags this weekend would bring them to within a point of the Cappielow side. Ahead of the clash with Morton, Programme co-editor, Christopher Dobie spoke to Thistle midfielder, Craig Slater about his move to the Club, his time in England, pre-season and more.

“It’s been a great couple of months for me. I was very pleased to join the club and I’ve enjoyed getting out on the pitch consistently. There’s been a positive atmosphere around the club throughout pre-season. Obviously, it was a very disappointing result at Tannadice but that’s all part of football and we’re focussed on getting back on track against Morton.”
