Congratulations are extended to Aidan Fitzpatrick who has been called up to the Scotland under 17s squad for two challenge matches against Wales later this month.
The 16 year old attacker has progressed through the Thistle Weir Youth Academy and joined the club on a modern apprenticeship during the summer. This season has been his first with the club’s development squad and he has started the Development League campaign strongly.
Aidan will join up with the Scotland under 17s for two matches against Wales. The matches will act as preparation for the Under-17 European Championship qualifying round in Estonia where they will play the hosts as well as Andorra and Denmark.

Wednesday, 20 September: Wales v Scotland, kick-off 5pm, Stebonheath Park – Llanelli
Friday, 22 September: Wales v Scotland, kick-off 12pm, Stebonheath Park – Llanelli
