PT Charitable Trust

Partick Thistle Charitable Trust was established in 2011 as a SCIO.  Its purpose is to harness the power of football and sport to promote health and well-being, active citizenship and inclusion within our community and places of interest.

The Trust do this through the provision of a range of community facilities and programmes in the North of Glasgow. They work with the most disadvantaged and disengaged people and families within our community and have bespoke programmes for people of all ages who have a disability.

The aim is to create community programmes that provide a fun and engaging environment where interventions improve lives, connect people, making them healthier, happier, resilient and more successful.

Like any relatively young and growing charity, the Trust has experienced many challenges over the past few years, however these have been far outweighed by the many successes and life enhancing opportunities they have managed to provide for people in our community.
