Matchday Hospitality & Function staff

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing a high level of service on matchdays and at functions across the stadium.

We’re looking to add to our existing hospitality team with staff who will work in a number of our suites across the stadium.

Experience is preferred but full training will be provided. Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be 18 or over.

Matchday Operations Assistants

As supporters return to Firhill for the first time in over 18 months, our match day operations assistants are a key part to making the return to Firhill as safe and comfortable as possible.

From selling 50/50 tickets to guiding supporters through the turnstile entry process, no two games are the same in this fun and energetic role. All assistants will work within a team ensuring that every supporter visiting Firhill has everything they need to make their return to Firhill a safe and enjoyable one.

All matchday operations assistants receive a free ticket to the match.

Crowd doctor

Partick Thistle Football Club currently has a vacancy for a Crowd Doctor position to join the operations team and provide match day medical cover at Firhill Stadium.

The Crowd Doctor will report to the Chief Executive and work alongside the Safety Officer and St Andrew’s Ambulance staff.

Duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Provision of emergency medical cover for the crowd at matches at the stadium.
  • Development and implementation of medical best practice policies and procedures, including the Emergency Action Plan(s).
  • Undertaking CPD as prescribed by the SFA, The SPFL and the Club.

The ideal applicant will have experience as an event doctor and be fully conversant with the duties involved. The candidate must currently be registered with the GMC in pre-hospital (immediate) care and major incident management, and it is important for the successful applicant to possess suitable medical indemnity insurance. Completion of the Immediate Medical Care “Crowd Doctor” course by the Faculty of Pre-hospital Care (Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh), or an equivalent, would also be desirable.

This role requires flexibility on Saturday afternoons, midweek evenings and public holidays with attendance at all Partick Thistle first team home fixtures. Fixtures are subject to change due to television selection.

The successful candidate will be supported by the Club through CPD and two season tickets for the upcoming campaign will be provided.
